Karelle Tardif Boutin is a member of the firm’s real estate and co-ownership law notarial team. In her practice, Me Tardif Boutin counsels natural and legal persons in a wide scope of real estate transactions.
She regularly participates in the preparation, the drafting and execution of deeds of sale, of suretyship and of residential and commercial hypothecs. She is often the acting notary for the transfer of new condo units for several major real estate projects.
She notably participated in the deliveries of the condominiums at the Tour des Canadiens 2, Boisé Notre-Dame, Ateliers Castelnau, NOCA, MV4 and SAX sur le fleuve. She supports the entrepreneurs in the drafting of purchase offers and in due diligence of their real estate acquisitions.
