Drafting of "turnkey" policies and resolutions

Bill 64 (“PL64”), adopted on September 21, 2021, amends the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (“Private Sector Act“), in order to provide a better framework for the management of personal information. In particular, it addresses the concerns and issues surrounding the confidentiality of personal data, from collection to destruction, held by private companies.
