Me Xiang Xiao practices in the civil and commercial litigation as well as the co-ownership law team in the firm.
During her studies, she notably participated at the Bureau d’assistance juridique internationale (BAJI) legal clinic and was involved in the National Network of Pro Bono Students of Canada. She also joined, as an intern, an internationally renowned law firm in Beijing, where she was able to contribute to technical cases relating to mergers, acquisitions, customs clearance and cross-border litigation.
As part of her practice, Me Xiao advises and represents individuals, companies and condominium associations in matters of civil and commercial litigation, real estate law as well as condominium law.
Me Xiao remains involved in the Young Bar of Montreal and the Young Chinese Professional Association by participating in legal and tax clinics. She is also pursuing graduate studies at HEC Montreal.
