Me Pierre-Olivier Fortin is a lawyer in the litigation and condominium law team at the firm. He primarily practices in construction law, real estate law, and shareholder disputes. Throughout his career, he has represented various clients, including contractors, residential and commercial property owners, as well as developers, before civil courts in the province, particularly in proceedings such as injunctions, seizures, and protective orders.<\/p>\n

After obtaining his law degree from the University of Sherbrooke in 2013, Me Fortin quickly established his own practice, where he worked for several years before offering his expertise and services in the public sector, particularly in construction and public contract awarding. Since 2022, he has returned to private practice, specializing in litigation.<\/p>\n
