Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal in 1996 and registered within the Quebec Bar in 1998, she held the position of General Manager of the Association of Syndicates of Co-Ownership of Quebec (ASCQ) from 1998 to 2001.<\/p>\n
After a short period at the Ministry of Justice, she joined the co-ownership team at De Grandpr\u00e9 Jolicoeur\u2019s law firm in 2004 and became a partner in 2009.<\/p>\n
As a litigation lawyer, Me Bod\u00e9\u00fcs specializes in co-ownership law in all its aspects, acting moreover, within the framework of her practice as a mediator since 2016 and as an arbitrator since 2017.<\/p>\n
In 2020, during the pandemic, she co-created the first virtual arbitration\u2019s platform (link).<\/p>\n
She is a member of the Institut de M\u00e9diation et d\u2019Arbitrage du Qu\u00e9bec<\/em> (IMAQ) and the vice-president of sectorial table of co-ownership (link).<\/p>\n Me Bod\u00e9\u00fcs is also responsible of the establishment of the evenings called “Speed-Condo” and “Sablier” whose objectives are to promote the right of the co-ownership to all the actors of the filed, including the outside of the metropolitan area.
