He intervenes before the various judicial authorities as well as in arbitration proceedings, which are an important aspect of his practice in co-ownership.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me Cl\u00e9ment Lucas is also an arbitrator, notably in co-ownership and in the context of\u00a0arbitration of the guarantee plan for new residential buildings (GAMM). He is also\u00a0accredited by the <em>Institut de m\u00e9diation et d&#8217;arbitrage du Qu\u00e9bec (IMAQ) <\/em>and by the <em>Minist\u00e8re\u00a0<\/em><em>de la justice de Qu\u00e9bec (MJQ)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me Cl\u00e9ment Lucas acts occasionally as counsel in the context of appeal proceedings or when an expertise is required in real estate law, especially in divided and undivided co-ownership law. He equally acts as an intern and mentor to his peers and leads internal training sessions in this regard. He also acts as an external mentor or presenter for the judiciary, the public, members of other professional orders, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this regard, he has provided training or made presentations to certain courts, the <em>Ordre des \u00e9valuateurs agr\u00e9\u00e9s du Qu\u00e9bec<\/em>, the <em>Chambre d&#8217;assurance de dommages<\/em>, the Quebec Bar Association and now the Canadian Bar Association.
