Celina Karboian is a member of the firm’s Financing team. She joined the firm in June 2026 as an articling student. As part of her training, she has developed a particular interest in the legal aspects of financing and commercial transactions.
Celina graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke, where she obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in April 2025. Prior to pursuing her law degree, she studied at McGill University, majoring in Sociology with a double minor in Political Science and Economics. This multidisciplinary background enables her to approach legal matters with a structured and analytical perspective.
