Holding a bachelor degree in law and a master degree in notarial law from the University of Sherbrooke, Mtre Marcoux has been practicing in the residential and commercial real estate field for several years. He is also experimented in the traditional areas of notarial law and is thus a valuable asset within the firm.
He is active mainly in real estate law with a specialty in the domain of in real estate financing and of divided and undivided co-ownership. He thus drafts deeds, contracts, legal opinions, and participates in the preparation and delivery of new co-ownership units built by our major real estate developer-clients.
He also acts as a legal advisor to his clients seeking sound legal solutions.
