Hélène Benoit is a partner and head of the firm’s commercial financing and real estate team. She was called to the Bar in 1999 after graduating from University of Montréal.
As part of her practice, Me Benoit represents various institutional and private lenders in the preparation and implementation of the security documents in commercial, multi-residential, industrial or construction transaction.
As legal counsel to many real estate investors, Me Benoit is frequently involved in major real estate acquisition transactions, including the negotiation of preliminary contracts, related due diligence and the drafting of agreements, contracts or partnership agreements.
