Emilie Sfeir practises within the firm’s Notarial and Real Estate Law Group.

Ms. Sfeir holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s degree in Notarial Law.
Admitted to the profession in 2024, she gained valuable experience in real estate law prior to her commissioning as a notary, allowing her to develop keen legal judgment and a practical understanding of the realities of the real estate market.Her practice is focused on commercial financing and real estate law.

She advises and assists clients in a wide range of commercial matters, with particular expertise in real estate financing transactions. Leveraging her background in traditional notarial practice, she also represents individuals in residential real estate transactions and provides guidance on a variety of everyday notarial matters.
